Altarea has expertise in identifying land opportunities, anticipating needs to design the
product best suited to the end user and controlling the construction process. With its
proven experience in the retail, office and residential markets, Altarea offers local
authorities and private investors innovative global urban development solutions.
This broad-based expertise is reflected more particularly in its large mixed urban
projects currently under development. At end 2008, Altarea had almost 2.6 million m²
of space under development, all asset classes combined.
