The amended motion
CARRIED
That the Planning Authority approve the proposed Hydrotherapy Centre to be
constructed at 45 Goldie Street, Wynyard, subject to the following conditions:
1. The development as shown on the endorsed plan(s) is not to be altered or
modified for any reason without the consent of the Director of
Development Services.
2. The premises is only to be open for the use hereby permitted between the
following hours:
Monday to Friday - 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. inclusive
Saturday - 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. inclusive
Sundays and Public Holidays - 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. inclusive
3. At no time is the right of way marked as C, D, E & F on the title known
as CT149065/1, and the right of way on the title known as CT55948/2 to
be obstructed by the parking of cars (except for vehicles associated with
plant maintenance operations) or storage of materials either during or
after the construction phase of the development.
4. All deliveries to the development are to be made via the Goldie Street
frontage of the premises.
5. No advertising signs other than those indicated in the development
proposal are to be erected without the approval of the Director
Development Services.
6. No part of the sign hereby permitted is to be internally or externally
illuminated.
7. The use of this development is not to result in the generation of
environmental harm or nuisance as defined in the Environmental
Management and Pollution Control Act 1994.
