That <strong>Council</strong>:<br />
(a)<br />
resolve to appoint a Special Committee to be known as the Community<br />
Centre/Railway Institute Hall Management Committee in accordance<br />
with the provisions of the Local Government Act 1993, comprising the<br />
following membership:<br />
• One <strong>Council</strong>lor of <strong>Waratah</strong>-<strong>Wynyard</strong> <strong>Council</strong><br />
• One representative from St. John Ambulance<br />
• One representative from <strong>Wynyard</strong> Children’s Services<br />
• One Community Representative<br />
• One representative from a major user group of either the<br />
Community Centre or the Railway Institute Hall.<br />
• The Community Development Officer (or a person acting in that<br />
position)<br />
(b)<br />
formally adopt the Schedule of Delegation of Authority and Operating<br />
Procedures for the Community Centre/Railway Institute Hall<br />
Management Committee outlined in this report.<br />
