Duncan Aviation Chairman J. Robert Duncan is right at home
leading a sales and service operation that is consistently rated as
one of the best avionics, maintenance and overhaul companies
in the business. Established as a Beechcraft distributorship in
1956, its operations today include major facilities in Nebraska
and Michigan as well as 21 satellite locations throughout the
United States. While Duncan remains family-owned, its insurance
needs are complex and wide-ranging; Chubb provided Defense
Base Act coverage when the company was contracted by the
U.S. military to service C-23 Sherpa aircraft in Iraq and Kuwait.
Duncan Aviation also places a high value on Chubb’s customized
loss control services and property conservation support. “Since
1985, Chubb has not only been our insurance provider but also
our loss prevention partner,” says Mr. Duncan.
