in Colchester.

such conversion will be shared by adjacent property owners and others.

especially in the Town Center.
8. Work with SNET and other communication service providers in their efforts
to expand and improve their service (quality and reliability) in Colchester.
9. Encourage expanded telephone services to meet the needs of residents and
businesses.
10. Encourage expanded cable services in order to meet the needs of residents
and businesses in Colchester.
11. Direct efforts towards relocating above-ground wired utilities underground,
especially in the Town Center.
