c) It must fill in the official registration documents which must be received by the<br />

<strong>EHF</strong> Office within the deadline set by the latter and communicated in due course<br />

to all Member Federations.<br />

5.6. In principle, registrations submitted after the set deadline cannot be accepted as they<br />

adversely affect the technical preparations and the carrying out of the Competition by<br />

the <strong>EHF</strong>.<br />

Facilities/organisation capacity criteria<br />

5.7. Member Federations wishing to participate in a <strong>EHF</strong> <strong>YAC</strong> <strong>EURO</strong> Qualification must<br />

also have sports facilities and equipments conform to the <strong>EHF</strong> regulations and to the<br />

IHF Rules of the Game (subject to any specifications defined by the <strong>EHF</strong>) and must<br />

have the ability to fulfil the duties of a Host Federation/participating Member<br />

Federation as stipulated herein.<br />

5.8. The <strong>EHF</strong> is entitled to refuse the participation of a Member Federation in the<br />

Competition, if the Federation does not/is not able to fulfil the technical, organisational,<br />

financial or administrative requirements applicable to the Competition. The<br />

competence to decide whether the requirements to participate in the Competition can<br />

be/are met by a Member Federation must be with the <strong>EHF</strong> Competitions Commission<br />

regarding technical questions and with the <strong>EHF</strong> Office regarding organisational,<br />

administrative and financial requirements.<br />

Entry fee<br />

5.9. For its team to be eligible to participate in the Competition, a Member Federation must<br />

pay an entry fee of €375 to the <strong>EHF</strong> which must be received on the <strong>EHF</strong> account within<br />

the deadline set by the <strong>EHF</strong> and communicated in due course to all Member<br />

Federations.<br />

5.10. The entry fee is paid once by the participating Member Federations for the entire<br />

Competition (qualification rounds and final tournament).<br />

5.11. If the payment is not received by the <strong>EHF</strong> on the due date, the entry fee is automatically<br />

doubled.<br />

5.12. If the entry fee is not received within four (4) weeks after the announced deadline,<br />

the Member Federation must be fined €2,250 and must be excluded from the<br />

respective Competition.<br />

Lump-sum advance payment<br />

5.13. Together with the entry fee, all Member Federations that wish to have a team<br />
