36.22. During the half-time break and after the match, the <strong>EHF</strong> delegate(s) must liaise with the<br />
score-keeper and the time-keeper to control the content of the match report. After the<br />
match, once controlled, the match report must be signed by the <strong>EHF</strong> delegate(s) and<br />
the <strong>EHF</strong> referees and handed in to the person in charge within the Host Federation.<br />
Further tasks<br />
36.23. The following is a summary of the most important tasks of the <strong>EHF</strong> delegate:<br />
• Check of the playing hall infrastructure (e.g. dressing rooms, VIP room, etc.)<br />
• Check of the hotel of the guest teams<br />
• Holding of the technical meeting<br />
• Preparation of the match report in co-operation with the Host Federation<br />
• Preparation and final check of the judges’ table/support table equipments and<br />
scoreboards<br />
• Verify the security aspects in and around the playing hall<br />
• Overall plan of the activities around the match incl. local transport, etc.<br />
• Supervision of the venue set-up<br />
• Check of the installation of the advertising boards and floor stickers and of the<br />
implementation of the players’ kit advertisings in accordance with the <strong>EHF</strong><br />
regulations<br />
• Throw-off time count down<br />
Article 37<br />
Other Officials<br />
37.1. In addition to the <strong>EHF</strong> delegate(s), the <strong>EHF</strong> may appoint further Officials for supervising<br />
different field related to the event (e.g. marketing, security, organisation).<br />
37.2. The duties and competence of those Officials are to be defined with each individual<br />
appointment.<br />
<strong>EHF</strong> representatives<br />
37.3. The <strong>EHF</strong> representatives act on behalf of the <strong>EHF</strong>. They are involved and represent the<br />
<strong>EHF</strong> in official activities. They are in contact with the local authorities as well as with<br />
the heads of delegation of the participating teams.<br />
