13.13. Only the four (4) officials of the match report not crossed out are eligible to be in the<br />

substitution area during the match of the respective <strong>YAC</strong> <strong>EURO</strong> Qualification<br />

tournament.<br />

Eligibility to participate<br />

13.14. Players not meeting the eligibility criteria defined in article 12 and/or not registered<br />

in accordance with the present article 13 and/or by the announced date are not eligible<br />

to participate in the respective <strong>YAC</strong> <strong>EURO</strong> Qualification.<br />

13.15. Each player has to be released by the respective Member Federation on the day after<br />

the last match day of the tournament at the latest.<br />

Participation of suspended and/or players not eligible to participate<br />

13.16. The use of a player who has been suspended and/or is not eligible to play in any <strong>YAC</strong><br />

<strong>EURO</strong> Qualification match must be sanctioned in accordance with the applicable <strong>EHF</strong><br />

Legal Regulations and <strong>EHF</strong> List of Penalties.<br />

VIII. KIT (players’ clothing – shirts and shorts)<br />

Article 14<br />

Team kits requirements<br />

14.1. Each team is required to have at least one (1) full team kit in light colours and one (1)<br />

full team kit in dark colours for the matches of the <strong>YAC</strong> <strong>EURO</strong> Qualification. Blue and<br />

red are considered dark colours. In case of multi-coloured shirts in any of the full team<br />

kits, only one of the colours – and not the main colour – can be repeated in the other<br />

full team kit.<br />

14.2. Goalkeepers’ kit must differ from the kit of their teams’ court players and from the<br />

court players’ kit and goalkeeper kit of the opposing teams, in both dark colour and<br />

light colour kit options.<br />

14.3. The colours of the full team kits (at least one (1) light colour option and one (1)<br />

dark colour option) intended to be used must be provided to the <strong>EHF</strong> Office together<br />

with the Official Squad List, nine (9) days prior to the beginning of the respective <strong>YAC</strong><br />

<strong>EURO</strong> Qualification.<br />

14.4. The full team kits (at least one (1) light colour option and one (1) dark colour option) of<br />

each team must be presented at each technical meeting prior to the <strong>YAC</strong> <strong>EURO</strong><br />

Qualification tournament for final approval by the <strong>EHF</strong> delegate(s).<br />

Choice of kit<br />

14.5. The <strong>EHF</strong> delegate(s) defines the kits with – 87 which – the teams will play for each tournament
