<strong>EHF</strong> decision in this matter is final.<br />
Choice of playing halls<br />
23.5. <strong>YAC</strong> <strong>EURO</strong> Qualification tournament must be played only in playing halls which have<br />
been expressly approved by the <strong>EHF</strong> following, if necessary, one or more inspections.<br />
23.6. If not already approved by the <strong>EHF</strong>, the playing halls in which the Host Federation<br />
intends to stage the <strong>YAC</strong> <strong>EURO</strong> Qualification tournament must be presented by the<br />
Host Federation to the <strong>EHF</strong> two (2) months before the beginning of the <strong>YAC</strong> <strong>EURO</strong><br />
Qualification. The Host Federation must send the <strong>EHF</strong> Office the playing hall<br />
documentation requested by the <strong>EHF</strong>, including (without limitation) photos of the<br />
playing hall and the official playing hall form.<br />
23.7. The Host Federation must present playing halls meeting the criteria defined herein, in<br />
other applicable <strong>EHF</strong> regulations and manuals and fulfilling the specific requirements of<br />
each tournament (expected number of spectators, security risks, etc…).<br />
Infrastructure criteria<br />
23.8. The <strong>YAC</strong> <strong>EURO</strong> Qualification playing halls must meet in particular the following<br />
infrastructure criteria:<br />
• A base area of at least 45m x 25m<br />
• Two (2) score boards (article 27.5)<br />
• Catch net equipment (24m x 7m)<br />
• Six (6) dressing rooms of at least 20m². Four (4) for the teams, two (2) for the<br />
referees with showers and toilets. The size does not include the showers and toilets<br />
for the teams’ dressing rooms. It does for the referees’ dressing room.<br />
• Lighting : min 800 LUX<br />
• Internet access<br />
• An anti-doping facility<br />
• Heating and ventilation or air-conditioning<br />
• Mobile phone signal<br />

23.9. Training sessions of the teams participating in the <strong>YAC</strong> <strong>EURO</strong> Qualification tournament<br />
must be played in the approved playing hall and, optionally, in a training hall which has<br />
