XIII. EXCLUSIVITY<br />

Article 22<br />

<strong>EHF</strong> partners exclusivity<br />

22.1. The exclusivity of the <strong>EHF</strong> partners during the <strong>YAC</strong> <strong>EURO</strong> Qualification must be<br />

complied with by all Member Federations, delegations, individuals and <strong>EHF</strong> Officials<br />

participating in the <strong>YAC</strong> <strong>EURO</strong> Qualification.<br />

22.2. The names and the respective categories of products/services of the <strong>EHF</strong> partners<br />

as well as the necessary measures and restrictions to be taken by all Member<br />

Federations, delegations, individuals and <strong>EHF</strong> Officials participating in the <strong>YAC</strong> <strong>EURO</strong><br />

Qualification are communicated by the <strong>EHF</strong> in due course prior to the beginning of the<br />

<strong>YAC</strong> <strong>EURO</strong> Qualification.<br />

22.3. Non compliance with the required measures and restrictions in relation to the<br />

<strong>EHF</strong> partner product/service exclusivity or any other kind of violation of the <strong>EHF</strong><br />

partners exclusivity during the <strong>YAC</strong> <strong>EURO</strong> Qualification must be sanctioned according<br />

to the <strong>EHF</strong> Legal Regulations and the <strong>EHF</strong> List of Penalties. In addition, the respective<br />

individual/entity may be required to reimburse all damages occurred.<br />

XIV. CHOICE OF VENUE<br />

Article 23<br />

General provisions<br />

23.1. The Host Federations is responsible for staging and organising the <strong>YAC</strong> <strong>EURO</strong><br />

Qualification tournament in a venue complying with the criteria/requirements defined<br />

herein and in any other applicable <strong>EHF</strong> regulations and manual.<br />

23.2. The playing venues shall be proposed by the Host Federations to the <strong>EHF</strong> and shall be<br />

subject to <strong>EHF</strong> approval following, if necessary, one or more inspections.<br />

23.3. If a venue is not approved by the <strong>EHF</strong>, the Host Federation must immediately propose<br />

another venue able to meet all required criteria and provide the <strong>EHF</strong> Office with the<br />

relevant documentation.<br />

23.4. If the second venue proposed by the Host Federation does not meet the required<br />

criteria or if a venue is not proposed within the required deadline, the organisation<br />
