33.11. The following reservation must be made for each guest delegation:<br />

• 8 double rooms with twin beds for the players<br />

• 5 single rooms with single beds for the team officials<br />

• 3 single rooms for additional delegation members<br />

33.12. The Host Federation must reserve single rooms for the <strong>EHF</strong> Officials, except for the<br />

<strong>EHF</strong> referees who may be accommodated in double rooms with twin beds.<br />

33.13. Upon <strong>EHF</strong> request, the Host Federation must reserve single rooms, if possible in a<br />

4-stars hotel for the <strong>EHF</strong> partners’ representatives.<br />

Board<br />

33.14. The Host Federation must organise the board (breakfast, lunch and diner) of the<br />

participating delegations and of the <strong>EHF</strong> Officials in the restaurant of their respective<br />

hotels during their stay at the venue.<br />

33.15. The Member Federations of the guest teams must inform the Host Federation of the<br />

desired menus, the desired meals times and of any food restrictions three (3) days<br />

before the beginning of the tournament. The Host Federation must order the meals for<br />

the guest delegations accordingly.<br />

33.16. A minimum of one and a half (1,5) litre of water per person must be provided free<br />

of charge by the Host Federation to each member of each team delegation and to each<br />

<strong>EHF</strong> Official in the dressing rooms during the training sessions and the matches. Water<br />

should be provided, when possible, in small bottles of half (1/2) litre without gas.<br />

Side events<br />

33.17. The Host Federations must organise a sightseeing trip for the guest delegations and<br />

inform the participating Member Federations accordingly in due time prior to the <strong>YAC</strong><br />

<strong>EURO</strong> tournament. The Federations of the guest teams not participating in the<br />

sightseeing trip must inform the Host Federation accordingly at least five (5) days prior<br />

to the date of the planned trip.<br />

XVIII. <strong>EHF</strong> OFFICIALS<br />

Article 34<br />

Definition<br />

34.1. <strong>EHF</strong> Officials are <strong>EHF</strong> representatives, <strong>EHF</strong> delegates, <strong>EHF</strong> referees, <strong>EHF</strong> Office staff<br />

members as well as any other persons nominated by the <strong>EHF</strong> in relation with a <strong>YAC</strong><br />

<strong>EURO</strong> Qualification tournament.<br />
