39.11. All photos to be supplied to the <strong>EHF</strong> must comply with the following minimum<br />

resolution: 3500x2500 pixels or 2500x3000 pixels. When relevant, the Host Federation<br />

should inform the <strong>EHF</strong> about the photography credit.<br />

39.12. One photo of each team in action must be supplied to the <strong>EHF</strong> via email (media@<br />

eurohandball.com) or on a FTP download site within one (1) hour after the final whistle<br />

of each match. All remaining photos from the matches (see article 39.10) must be<br />

supplied to the <strong>EHF</strong> via email (media@eurohandball.com) or on a FTP download site<br />

three (3) hours after the end of the tournament.<br />

39.13. The related costs must be borne by the Host Federation.<br />

39.14. The <strong>EHF</strong> has the right to use all photos in the official <strong>EHF</strong> website, in the official<br />

competition website, in any <strong>EHF</strong> publication as well as in any medium for internal<br />

and/or promotional purposes during and after the respective <strong>YAC</strong> <strong>EURO</strong> Qualification.<br />

The Host Federation must ensure the above-mentioned <strong>EHF</strong> right.<br />

Others<br />

39.15. A summary of the tournament (100-300 words) must be sent by the respective Host<br />

Federation to the <strong>EHF</strong> Office – department Media and Communications via email<br />

(media@eurohandball.com) within twenty four (24) hours after the end of the <strong>YAC</strong><br />

<strong>EURO</strong> Qualification tournament.<br />

39.16. The list of all journalists and other media representatives who attended the tournament<br />

or any of the matches must be sent by the respective Host Federation to the <strong>EHF</strong> Office<br />

– department Media and Communications via email (media@eurohandball.com) within<br />

twenty four (24) hours after the end of the <strong>YAC</strong> <strong>EURO</strong> Qualification tournament.<br />

XXI. EXPLOITATION OF COMMERCIAL RIGHTS<br />

Article 40<br />

Media rights<br />

40.1. Subject to <strong>EHF</strong> rights defined hereunder, the Host Federations is granted the exclusive<br />

right to exploit the media rights including the television, radio, film, DVD, Internet,<br />

multimedia and 3G of the matches of the <strong>YAC</strong> <strong>EURO</strong> Qualification tournaments they<br />

organise as well as the media right of all related activities in all countries.<br />
