general public or any other unauthorised people.<br />

18.21. After the end of each <strong>YAC</strong> <strong>EURO</strong> Qualification match, all players and officials of each<br />

playing team (physiotherapists and doctors excepted) must pass through the mixed<br />

zone, if set-up. They must be available for interviews to the TV stations, written press,<br />

radio reporters and the website journalists.<br />

18.22. The players, team officials and media representatives must comply with any<br />

instruction regarding the mixed zone provided by the Host Federation.<br />

Post match press conference<br />

18.23. If foreseen by the Host Federation or requested by the <strong>EHF</strong>, an official post-match<br />

press conference takes place in the playing hall fifteen (15) minutes after the end of<br />

each <strong>YAC</strong> <strong>EURO</strong> Qualification match. Alternatively interviews may be carried out in<br />

front a flash board close to the playing court, on the playing court surrounding area or<br />

in the corridor immediately after the end of each <strong>YAC</strong> <strong>EURO</strong> Qualification match.<br />

18.24. The head coach of each playing team together with one (1) key player must take part to<br />

the post match conference/interviews, if any.<br />

18.25. The post-match press conference/interviews must be held in English as first language<br />

or should be translated into English.<br />

18.26. If foreseen by the Host Federation or requested by the <strong>EHF</strong>, the Host Federation at<br />

the venue must ensure the organisation of a post match press conference/interviews<br />

in accordance with the present Regulations and any further instructions communicated<br />

by the <strong>EHF</strong> or the <strong>EHF</strong> delegate(s) of the match. The Host Federation must also ensure<br />

the attendance of the relevant players and coaches to the press conference/interviews.<br />

Match report<br />

18.27. The match report completed must be verified and signed by the <strong>EHF</strong> delegate(s) and<br />

the <strong>EHF</strong> referees. It must be handed over by the <strong>EHF</strong> delegate to the responsible person<br />

within the delegation of the Host Federation.<br />

Transmission of results and match report<br />

18.28. The Host Federation must communicate the half-time result, the final result as well as<br />

the number of spectators of each <strong>EHF</strong> <strong>YAC</strong> <strong>EURO</strong> Qualification match to the <strong>EHF</strong> Office<br />

by sms (+436644105243) no later than fifteen (15) minutes after the end of the match.<br />
