18.5. The match report must be signed by an official of each team and be handed over to the<br />

<strong>EHF</strong> delegate(s) fifteen (15) minutes prior to the throw-off of the match.<br />

18.6. The <strong>EHF</strong> delegate coordinates and is responsible of the match report procedure before<br />

the throw-off.<br />

Teams’ line-up<br />

18.7. Each player of the playing teams must be ready for the official teams’ line-up ten (10)<br />

minutes prior to the official throw-off of the match.<br />

18.8. Before entering the playing court for the official teams’ line-up, the players have to<br />

follow both the <strong>EHF</strong> referees’ and the floor manager instructions and gather at the<br />

defined collection point (pre-defined corner of the playing hall surrounding area).<br />

18.9. Once the <strong>EHF</strong> referees have given the playing teams the instruction to gather, none of<br />

the player is allowed to leave the playing court area.<br />

18.10. The pre-match procedure must be started with the <strong>EHF</strong> protocol flag to be presented<br />

by four (4) children.<br />

18.11. The players must enter the playing court, starting with the team captain following<br />

the respective <strong>EHF</strong> referee and “mascot child” carrying the flag of the teams’ country.<br />

The players of the team entering second on the playing court must pass by the first<br />

team in the centre of the court and slap hands to the other team players before taking<br />

their line-up position (enclosure 3).<br />

18.12. The following fair-play announcement must be read by the announcer in English and<br />

optionally in the official language of the country of the Host Federation once the teams<br />

lined-up, before the throw-off :<br />

“To ensure fair conditions for all players, officials and referees and in the interest of the<br />

sport of handball we kindly request you, the spectators, to support your team in a fair<br />

manner and to show a positive attitude towards all participants and spectators, Thank<br />

you.”<br />

Pre-match procedure schedule<br />

18.13. The detailed pre-match procedure schedule of the <strong>EHF</strong> <strong>YAC</strong> <strong>EURO</strong> Qualification<br />

matches is the following:<br />

-10:00 Flag mascots, referees, teams ready at the entry meeting point<br />

-09:00 Start of the protocol flag presentation by four flag presenting children<br />
