Article 13<br />

Registration / Official Squad<br />

Official Squad<br />

13.1. Member Federations must submit the list of the players and team officials (“Official<br />

Squad List”) who will form the basic group of their team during the <strong>YAC</strong> <strong>EURO</strong><br />

Qualification matches in writing to the <strong>EHF</strong> Office nine (9) days prior to the beginning<br />

of the respective <strong>YAC</strong> <strong>EURO</strong> Qualification.<br />

13.2. The Official Squad List can contain a maximum of twenty-eight (28) players (“Official<br />

Squad”). The players (28 or less) listed in the Official Squad List are the only players<br />

eligible to play during the <strong>YAC</strong> <strong>EURO</strong> Qualification. Changes/insertions of players in the<br />

Official Squad List after the aforementioned submission deadline are not permitted.<br />

13.3. The number of team officials in the Official Squad List is not restricted and is not final;<br />

changes/insertions of the team officials at a later stage but not later than at the<br />

technical meeting (excepted cases specified in article 13.9) before the respective<br />

tournament are still possible.<br />

13.4. The following information must be submitted with the Official Squad List:<br />

a) Shirt number of each of the players appearing on the List (from 1 to 99)<br />

b) Players’ first names, surnames, dates of birth, clubs/nations, body heights,<br />

weights, number of international matches, playing position, passport/national<br />

identity card numbers<br />

c) Colours of the first and second full team kits (dark colours kit/light colours kit),<br />

clearly stating colours of shirts and shorts and colours of the first and second kit<br />

for goalkeepers<br />

d) Team officials’ names, surnames, function, letter<br />

13.5. If the Official Squad List of a Member Federation is not received by the <strong>EHF</strong> Office<br />

within the set deadline, the Member Federation may be sanctioned according to<br />

applicable <strong>EHF</strong> regulations.<br />

Official Delegation<br />

13.6. At the technical meeting, one (1) day before each <strong>YAC</strong> <strong>EURO</strong> Qualification tournament,<br />

a maximum of sixteen (16) players from the twenty-eight (28) listed players of the<br />

Official Squad as well as a maximum of six (6) team officials must be nominated as<br />
