As a result of <strong>the</strong> public, industry and <strong>SPAD</strong> requirements discussed within <strong>the</strong> previous section a vision<br />
for future taxi services has been defined along with a series of core objectives.<br />

provide a quality and professional service across <strong>the</strong> region that offers a real choice for users and<br />
become a respected brand internationally in terms of service levels and quality.<br />
