Distributioncable replacement opportunities are being aligned with other projects such as BuffaloSubstation rebuild projects and load relief projects.Drivers:Typically, underground cables are the third highest contributor of deteriorated equipmentto CAIDI and SAIFI.Customer Benefits:Through a proactive approach, cable replacement projects reduce the likelihood andconsequences of cable failures.2011 to 2012 Variance:The projected investment is shown in the table below.
