This project providesfor the installation of a new 115/13.8kV substation to relieve area transformersand distribution feeders that are projected to exceed their thermal ratings byCY<strong>2012</strong>.• Project C28929, Frankhauser New Station - Line Work. Line work associatedwith project C36520 described above.• Project C29186, Station 214 - Second Transformer Addition. This project willresolve the existing loading above summer normal rating of the existingtransformer.• Project C29187, Station 214 New F21466/67. Line work associated with ProjectC29186 to provide relief to stations and feeders in the vicinity of Station 214.• Project C30506, North Syracuse Area Substation Getaways. This projectprovides for the installation of distribution feeder getaways in support of ProjectC28831, described above.• Project C32495, Paloma Substation Second Transformer Addition. This projectprovides for a second substation transformer and switchgear. The existingtransformer is projected to exceed its summer normal rating in 2015 and also hasexisting MWHr Violations.• Project C32496, Harris Substation Second Transformer Addition. This projectwill resolve loading above summer normal ratings of the Milton Ave. Stationtransformer in 2014 as well as MWHr criteria violations for contingency loss ofthe existing Harris Ave. substation transformer.IV-8 885
