A safe <strong>and</strong>effective service endeavours to protect children from the risk of harm througheffective <strong>in</strong>terventions that protect children <strong>and</strong> support famil<strong>ie</strong>s. <strong>Child</strong>ren First(2011) is consistently implemented by the service <strong>and</strong> timely <strong>and</strong> effective actionsare taken to protect children.
