Strategy Meetings, CoreGroup Meetings and Professionals' Meetings will take place on anongoing basis. These meetings will contribute to the assessmentprocess, enable intervention to be planned effectively andefficiently, ensure the delivery of services are child centred andidentify the roles and responsibilities of the respective professionals.and Team Leaders Byend June 2013Implementation of the robust processes will be monitored by thePSW and Team Leaders and progress reported to the Area Manager.Action 18The LHA will review the effective use of risk assessment tools withinthe Measuring the Pressure Framework and the HSE ChildProtection and Welfare Practice Handbook to make sure that arobust response is made in all cases to protect children and promotetheir welfare.PSW and TeamLeaders by end July2013Action 19The LHA CP Services will engage with all relevant agencies toincrease attendance at Strategy Meetings in line with Children First.The LHA CP Services will review the system for deciding whenStrategy Meetings are necessary, who attends and will ensure socialworkers and other agencies attending are aware of the purpose ofthe meetings and their individual roles and responsibilities.
