Стремимсярассматривать технологии,которые в настоящее времяуже используются либоперспективные. Например, на сегодняшнийдень бурится очень много горизонтальныхмногоствольных скважин, и в самое ближайшеевремя очень остро встанет вопрос их ремонта.В мае 2015 года мы планируем в Ялте (РеспубликаКрым) провести конференцию по вопросамремонта таких скважин. Нужно заранее, дотого, как эта проблема станет насущной,думать, как ремонтировать такие скважины.Кроме того, на предстоящей конференции мы,организаторы, собираемся поставить вопрос орефраке в горизонтальных стволах. Это тожеочень актуальная проблематика: ГРП сделали,год-два скважина проработала, а дальше нужнопроизводить рефрак, для которого необходимысоответствующие технологии. Кроме этихвопросов на майской конференции будутобсуждаться телеметрия в КРС, инновации в КРСи др. Мы собираемся предоставить возможностьвыступить большому числу докладчиков,поскольку конференция рассчитана на пятьдней – с понедельника по пятницу.ВК: Эта информация будет интереснанашим читателям. И еще однаживотрепещущая проблема. В кулуарахнынешней встречи, в неформальныхбеседах, активно обсуждаютсясекторальные санкции. For instance, manyhorizontal multilateral wells are drilled today and theissue of their service is going to emerge in the offing.In May 2015 we plan to hold a conference on servicingsuch wells in Yalta (The Republic of Crimea). We shouldbe thinking about servicing such wells before theproblem gets hot. As organizers, we are going to raisethe issue of refracturing horizontal wells. This issue israther problematic, as after fracturing the well worksfor a year or two and then it needs refracturing, whichrequires advanced technologies. And there is one more urgentproblem. The issue of sectoral sanctions iswidely discussed on the margins and duringinformal conversations. In your opinion, howcan these sanctions affect the development ofwell workover and present-day oilfield service?Andrey Korotchenko: Yes, on the margins of ourconference this issue is widely discussed. The generalopinion is that it is necessary to keep on workingin spite of everything. Clearly, we will have to adaptto new conditions somehow and there are certainrisks. Yet, at the same time it is possible to performeven more efficiently under new conditions, to thinkout new variants and schemes of cooperation withforeign companies. New opportunities open for ourcompanies. They should catch the falling flag. Fromhistory we know that when sanctions were appliedto certain companies and even countries, they hadto create manufactures of their own that would nototherwise appear in more favorable conditions.
