One of at least two posters the Stenberg brothers created for this all-Black<br />

operetta, this one better utilizes photomontage than its counterpart, showcasing<br />

the female lead in jazz age costume surrounded by two nearly identical<br />

minstrel-type characters. <strong>The</strong> image reminds one of Paul Colin’s design for La<br />

FRANCISCO TAMAGNO (1851-1933)<br />
