Most of <strong>the</strong> paperswere presented at <strong>the</strong> <strong>IUCN</strong> - The World Conservation Union, GeneralAssembly workshop in Buenos Aires in January 1994 organised by <strong>the</strong>Commission on Education and Communication. The <strong>IUCN</strong> Commission on Education and Communicationpresents <strong>the</strong>se examples <strong>to</strong> encourage planning and management of<strong>education</strong>al programmes by both governments and NGO.
