To be able to set up a Team key, you need to make sure an<strong>Aastra</strong> M530 or <strong>Aastra</strong> M535 expansion key module is connected. Contact yoursystem administrator for more information.Using the Team keyYou and your team partners want to be reachable at all times as a team and be able tocommunicate with one another as quickly as possible.By pressing a single key you can call a team partner or answer a call for anyone in theteam.Wh<strong>en</strong> a team partner makes a call, the corresponding Team key lights up; this tells youwh<strong>en</strong> a team partner is busy. The Team key flashes to indicate that the team partner isreceiving a call.If, for example, level 3 of the <strong>Aastra</strong> M535 expansion key module is activated and theTeam key on level 1 receives a call, the call is signalled by the red blinking LED inposition 1. For more information about the <strong>Aastra</strong> M535 expansion key module,please refer to chapter "Using the <strong>Aastra</strong> M535 expansion key module", page 22.A red LED signals an external call; a gre<strong>en</strong> LED, an internal call.Calling a team partnerYou want to call a team partner as quickly as possible.Requirem<strong>en</strong>t: You have configured a configurable key as a Team key and stored theteam partner's phone number under it (see Chapter "Configuring keys", page 91).Press the Team key for the team partner.➔The phone number and possibly the name of the team partner appear onthe display.
