(c)(d)(e)(f)(g)in case <strong>of</strong> a temporary suspended working plat<strong>for</strong>m, method <strong>of</strong>assembly <strong>and</strong> the safety precautions to note;instructions concerning actions the operative must take if thesecondary device is released;instructions <strong>for</strong> fault identification such as malfunction in brakeapplication, defect <strong>of</strong> hoisting wire rope, etc., <strong>and</strong> the remedial actionto be taken <strong>for</strong> the safe l<strong>and</strong>ing <strong>of</strong> the suspended working plat<strong>for</strong>m;in case where anchorage points are provided in the working plat<strong>for</strong>m<strong>for</strong> securing the lanyards <strong>of</strong> safety harnesses, a diagram <strong>of</strong> theworking plat<strong>for</strong>m to show the position <strong>of</strong> the anchorage or fittings <strong>for</strong>such purpose;safety precautions <strong>for</strong> hazardous trade processes to be carried outin the working plat<strong>for</strong>m such as welding or use <strong>of</strong> flammablesubstance; <strong>and</strong>(h) procedure <strong>for</strong> the ‘out <strong>of</strong> service’ position .9.2.3 The in<strong>for</strong>mation relating to the use <strong>of</strong> the suspended working plat<strong>for</strong>mshould include the following:(a)(b)(c)(d)(e)(f)description <strong>of</strong> manual controls;means <strong>for</strong> stopping <strong>and</strong> emergency stopping;description <strong>of</strong> how to operate the no-power descent <strong>and</strong> the automaticsafety device;nature <strong>and</strong> frequency <strong>of</strong> inspections;in case <strong>of</strong> a temporary suspended working plat<strong>for</strong>m, a plan to showthe requirement <strong>and</strong> method <strong>of</strong> anchorage <strong>and</strong> its erection <strong>and</strong>dismantling procedure; <strong>and</strong>drawings <strong>and</strong> diagrams enabling maintenance personnel to carrythe on-site maintenance, periodic maintenance <strong>and</strong> preventivemaintenance.55
