You need three people; one to operate thejack; one to steady the frame by holding onto the spindle through the wheel well; andthe third person will remove the frame boltsat the firewall.Remove the center frame mount bolts. Donot get under the car in case the framefalls.After all the frame mounts are removed,the third person needs to pry the rag jointforward off of the column. The frame mustslide forward.#917701 Page 70
