Tender No.: 465S/2011/12 Pricing Instructions: (4) PRICE SCHEDULE 4.1 All prices shall be tendered excluding VAT but including customs or excise duty and any other duty, levy, or other applicable tax. 4.2 All prices shall be tendered in accordance with the units specified in this schedule. 4.3 All prices tendered must include all expenses, disbursements and costs (e.g. transport, overheads, accommodation etc) that may be required in and for the execution of the work described in the Specification, and shall cover the cost of all general risks, liabilities and obligations set forth or implied in the Contract as well as overhead charges and profit (in the event that the tender is successful). All prices tendered will be final and binding. 4.4 Prices tendered below shall be subject to adjustment in accordance with Schedule 10. 4.5. Tenderers must submit prices for all items to be considered responsive. 4.6. Overtime: ITEM NO. 1. 1.1 1.2 1.3 The normal working hours are deemed from 07h30 to 16h00, Mondays to Fridays. No planned work will be done out of normal working hours without prior approval of the Electrical Service Representative. Overtime (as agreed by the representative) – After hours and Saturday time rates shall be the labour rates stated in Price Schedule below multiplied by a factor of 1.5. The Sunday and Public Holiday time rates shall be the labour rates stated in Price Schedule below multiplied by a factor of 2.0. These factors are in terms of the Basic Conditions of Employment Act.
