Note: TENDERERS ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE EITHER SECTION a) OR b) BELOW.
a) Manufacturers: SEIFSA Indices And/Or Supplier Price Lists
Tenders from tenderers who are manufacturers are subject to contract price adjustment based on SEIFSA INDICES
AND/OR SUPPLIER’S PRICE LISTS.
IMPORTANT: Tenderers who are manufacturers must only complete the following options:
i) Increase using SEIFSA indices
*Published indices shall be applied using the calendar month prior to the month of the closing date for tenders as
base month. Contract price adjustment shall be calculated using the indices of 2 (two) months prior to the month of
delivery.
