Pressure exceededIf, after three successive strokes, the cut-offpressure is exceeded, this is recognised as an error:• The pump is stopped.• The error signal relay switches on.• The LED alternately flashes red and green.• The last pressure value to be measured isdisplayed.• "RUN", "ERROR" and "bar" flash in the display.RUN*ERROR*Manual8.99bar*TM03 6578 4506Pump restart attempts:• First the pump makes four attempts to restart,each separated by a 2-second pause, if thechamber pressure has fallen below the cut-offpressure (p act < p set ).• If, after three successive strokes, the cut-offpressure is exceeded, the pump is stopped again.• After four attempts, the pump waits 10 minutesbefore attempting to automatically restart again.• The pump continuously attempts to restart if thechamber pressure decreases in this way.Fig. 60 Display: "Pressure exceeded"Pressure exceededPump runningPump waiting….2 sec. 10 min. 10 min.TM03 6579 4506Fig. 61 Pump restart attemptsError correction• Press the "Start/Stop" button to stop the pumpand prevent it from restarting.• Check the discharge valve and the installation onthe discharge side and correct any errors,if necessary.For maintenance work, see section10.
