During timer dosingThe batch quantity still to be dosed appears in thedisplay.To display the batch quantity already dosed,• press the "Down" button.To display the total batch quantity,• press the "Up" button.Stop/start of pump during timer dosingTo stop the pump,• press the "Start/Stop" button, or• actuate remote on/off.To restart the pump,• press the "Start/Stop" button.– The preset batch cycle continues.– For the "Contact" timer, an external contactsignal must also be received.Deactivating the timer function1. Open the second function level.2. Repeatedly press the "Menu/Info" button.– "ON t" appears in the display.3. Press the "Up" button.– "OFF t" appears in the display.– The timer function is deactivated.9.13 Creating a master/slave applicationYou can connect several secondary pumps andcontrol the secondary pumps (slaves) via the firstpump (master).9.13.1 MasterAll operating modes are available for the masterpump:• Manual• Contact• Batch dosing with manual/contact start• Timer mode with manual/contact start• Current control.Select the output signal of the master pump inthe service level (relay 1) (output socket 3):• Stroke signal (emits one output signal per stroke)must be used for manual or current control of themaster pump, or• pulse input (emits one output signal per contactinput signal) must be used for contact control ofthe master pump.Alternatively select the current output (outputsocket 2) for current control of the slave pump.Note9.13.2 SlaveThe following operating modes are available forslave pumps in contact or current control (inputsocket 4):• Contact• Batch dosing with contact start• Timer mode with contact start• Current control.NoteCautionPlease note that the current output candiffer from the current input, e.g. whenthe pump is stopped, and pleaseobserve the modified current outputvalues with weighted current control.The settings for the operating modes ofthe slave pumps are implementedindependently of settings for themaster pump.Unused pulse inputs from the masterpump are forwarded to the slave pumpswhen output signal = pulse input is set.They are processed on the slave pumpsaccording to the slave pump settings!62
