Check the installation.c) Parts of the valves covered in dirt or Clean the valves.incrusted.d) Counter-pressure fluctuations. Install a pressure-loading valve and apulsation damper, if necessary.e) Suction lift fluctuations. Keep the suction level constant.f) Siphon effect (inlet pressure higherthan counter-pressure).Install a pressure-loading valve.g) Leaking or porous suction line ordischarge line.h) Parts in contact with the medium arenot resistant to it.i) Dosing diaphragm worn (incipienttears).j) Variation of the dosing medium(density, viscosity).a) At dosing capacities lower than 10 %of the maximum dosing capacity ofthe pump, resonance noises maytemporarily occur at the steppermotor.Replace the suction line or dischargeline.Replace with resistant materials.Replace the diaphragm. Also observethe maintenance instructions.Check the concentration. Use anagitator, if necessary. The resonance noise of the steppermotor does not indicate an error.a) A diaphragm leakage has occurred. Replace the diaphragm.NoteFor further error signals for the control unit, refer to the relevant section.12. DisposalThis product or parts of it must be disposed of in anenvironmentally sound way:1.
