232PSI Spiesto Maj. Jansen stated: “I am confident that the added degree of insightresulting from these few technical remote viewing ‘sorties’will be useful to you—as well as nonplusing to your Iraqi hosts.” 9A summary report of this project stated:The primary target is associated with a long, underground, labyrinthine layout that is self-containedand very much like a submarine in many respects. Theentrance is down a set of cement stairs, in or near alarge, open-bay building…where uniformed soldiersare present. When examined superficially, the targetgives the impression that it is a bomb shelter in thebasement of a building. However, the furthermost endis complex and there are concealed (buried) powerconduits attached to that end. Associated with that end, also, is the sensory impression of violent, powerful, painful, wrenching stomach contractions, along withthe idea of something like a medical clinic. What appearto be glove boxes are present or will be installed. 10The report added that the viewers had the impression thatthe access to this underground facility was covered with sandand rubble “as part of a deception,” a decoy. 11Some of the above-ground structures were designed to bedecoys, to be bombed; the actual facilities were underground. Some had purposely been covered with rubble to simulate bombdamage. Just as in the military-trained Psi Spies, Maj. Jansen hadgone outside of her civilian chain of command to get the job done.Derek Boothby, an official with the UN commission assignedto find the hidden biological weapons, confirmed thatgerm warfare research facilities were found, but said no actualweapons were recovered.
