364 Installation and Mainframe ConfigurationTo change the address of the 3497A from 09 to another value, it is necessary toremove the Outguard Controller Board. To do this, refer to Figures 69 and 70 andthe following steps.* Remove all power sources from the 3497A and 3498A and remove the AC lineplug from the 3497A.* Remove the safety cover and loosen the screw holding the Outguard ControllerBoard. Then, use the plastic pull ring to remove the board, as shown in Figure 70.* From Figure 69, locate the HP-IB ADDRESS SELECT switch and set switches A1through A5 for address required.
