2.2.7 <strong>Conduit</strong> ProofingAll underground runs shall be proofed with a mandrel to removeobstructions, and to confirm at least 80 percent of the nominal conduitdiameter. When requested by the Power Company, the customer shallperform a Power Company witnessed proofing of conduit systems.
