Razvit je bil algoritemza izračun elementov pri nameščanju eksplozivnih nabojev v minskihvrtinah z ozirom na želeno zdrobljenost dane kamnine. Opravljeneso bile raziskave z namenom izboljšati pripravo matrične emulzijeeksplozivov iz surovinskih raztopin. Razvit je bil postopek miniranjana visokih etažah in dalje, postopek miniranja v kamninah z različnimitrdimi vključki. Predlagana je metoda miniranja, ki je seizmičnovarna za varovane objekte brez zmanjševanja učinkovitosti drobljenjakamnin. Na osnovi raziskav in analize tveganja delovanja proizvodnepostaje za varno pripravo emulzijskih eksplozivov je bil izdelan celovitvarnostni sistem za varno obratovanje take postaje.Key words: deep open pit mines, increasingly complicated factors, efficiencyof mining operations, bulk blasts, parameters of blasting operations.Ključne besede: globoki površinski kopi, čedalje bolj zapletene razmere,učinkovitost rudarjenja, masovno miniranje, parametri miniranjaIntroductionDevelopment of mining industry inUzbekistan is inseparably associatedwith development of mineral depositsby open-pit method. As is known,the considerable part of open pits foropencast mining of minerals has entereda category of “deep” and thetendency still persists. Parameters ofcurrent open pit mines have essentiallyincreased. Large deep Muruntau andKalmakyr open pits located on the territoryof Uzbekistan are in the worldmining practice unique for complexityand novelty of the solved in the courseof their creation and operation scientificand technical problems defined bypeculiarities of mining-and-geologicaland mining-technical conditions ofdeposits development. There are predesignoptions of profitable miningand further development of Muruntauand Kalmakyr open pits to the depth of900–1000 m.Meanwhile, it is known that with increasingdepth of open-cast mining ofore deposits up to the utmost economicallyexpedient level there becomemore sophisticated mining-and-geologicaland mining-technical conditionsof operations, water content andfissuring of rocks increase, influence ofmine depth on ore resistibility to explosiverupture grows, and requirementsto safety of engineering structures installedon deep horizons are raised andetc. In whole, design of parameters ofdrilling and blasting operations (DBO)in deep open pit mines must take intoconsideration physical-mechanical and<strong>RMZ</strong>-M&G 2012, 59
