Rather than assigning permissions to each user in the system, you can create accounts for new users, and then add the users to the appropriate groups.Later, if you want to change an individual user’s permissions, you can move the user’saccount to a different group. You can also change permissions for several individual usersat once, by modifying the group to which the users belong. For more information about adding users to groups, or changing group accountpermissions, see RSAssetSecurity Help.Creating user accountsIn RSView Studio, create user accounts in the Users and Groups sub folder of the Systemfolder.
