Sahaj Samadhi isa culmination of the earlier forms of personaland impersonal meditation and not theirproduct.All forms of meditation followed by the aspirant, as well ashis other spiritual efforts, in spite of their differences, have onlyone aim., viz., to speed up the fruition of his longing to be unitedSahaj Samadhiexperienced afterunion with the Infinitewith the Infinite. When this union iseffected, the Sadhaka (aspirant) becomesSiddha (one who has attained the goal).The union with the Infinite which theSiddha achieves is referred to by the Sufis as "Vasl."
