The week-long training concludes with a day-longworkshop for designing and/or revising lesson and unit plans to meet the needsof all students. Graded on an S/U basis. The focus of IBCurriculum Processes will be on these four essential questions. 1) What is internationalmindedness and how does the International Baccalaureate’s missionand philosophy promote it? 2) What are the principles of learning that underpinInternational Baccalaureate curriculum? 3) What are the curriculum and instructionaldesigns that make the Primary Years Program, Middle Years Program, andthe Diploma Program unique? 4) What implications does the International Baccalaureatemission and philosophy have for matters of worldview?100
