General Information<strong>Bethel</strong> <strong>University</strong> offers its academic programs through multiple divisions:<strong>Graduate</strong> <strong>School</strong>The <strong>Graduate</strong> <strong>School</strong> at <strong>Bethel</strong> <strong>University</strong> offers 11 advanced degree programs, aswell as educational licenses, certificate programs, and professional developmentseminars. Designed to help adults enhance or redirect their careers, the programsinclude master’s programs in adult development and aging, business administration(MBA), communication, counseling psychology, education K–12, literacy education,nursing, organizational leadership, special education, and teaching as wellas a Doctor of Education in Educational Administration (Ed.D). The programsare academically rigorous, offered on an accelerated schedule, and taught withina framework of Christian values. Classes are held on the St. Paul campus, as wellas other convenient locations.College of Adult & Professional StudiesThe College of Adult & Professional Studies (CAPS) at <strong>Bethel</strong> <strong>University</strong> helps busyadults achieve their educational goals by offering courses taught within a frameworkof Christian values. CAPS offers seven career-relevant bachelor’s degree-completionprograms including business management, Christian ministries, communicationstudies, healthcare leadership, human resource management, nursing (R.N. to B.S.), and organizational leadership. The General Studies program allows studentswith few or no credits to take the courses they need to enter a degree-completionprogram or to earn an associate of arts degree. All programs are taught in anaccelerated schedule, with courses meeting evenings or weekends at convenientlocations in the on the St. Paul campus, as well as other convenient Twin Citieslocations. The college also offers professional development opportunities forindividuals, churches, and other organizations. Course work is offered on anaccelerated schedule.College of Arts & SciencesThe College of Arts & Sciences at <strong>Bethel</strong> <strong>University</strong> offers 67 majors within 78areas of study, including the arts, humanities, business, natural sciences, and socialsciences. It is renowned for a highly credentialed faculty dedicated to teaching,integration of faith and learning, and the translation of Christian belief into globalservice.
