Includes psychometric theory, variousforms of assessment, test construction, and ethical/legal issues surrounding assessment.NURS665 • Theoretical Basis of PromotingOrganizational Health(NURG)3 creditsIntegration of theories from nursing, leadership, business, human resources, andrelated fields that serve as the foundation for advanced nursing roles in promotingorganizational health.NURS678 • Advanced Nursing Role Synthesis(NURG)1 creditNursing and Healthcare Leadership: Individual and collective reflection on thedevelopment of the learner as a nurse leader. Learners will develop a portfolio thatdemonstrates integration of knowledge of theories, research, ethical and Christianperspectives, global realities, policymaking issues, and nursing informatics relatedto the organizational context.
