This allows you to run aLinux image, for example, on the VE RTSM and access the filesystem running on yourcomputer.To use the VFS functionality of the VE RTSM, use the motherboard.vfs2.mount configurationparameter when you start the model. The value of the parameter is the path to the host filesystemdirectory that is to be made accessible within the model. See VFS2 parameters on page 3-9.Mount namesWhen the target OS is running, create a mount point, such as /mnt/host. For example, on a Linuxtarget, use the mount command as follows:mount -t vmfs A /mnt/hostYou can then access the host filesystem from the target OS through a supported filesystemoperation. See VFS operations on page 2-16.
