The measured capacitance, series resistance and qualityfactor of this parasitic diode against frequency are shown in Fig. 114, Fig. 115 and Fig.116With 1.5V supply, this parasitic diode is always 1.5V reverse biased. Thecapacitance of it contributes to about 30% of the total capacitance of the varactor. Thequality factor is around 35 which is similar to the value of the whole varactor.
