The Users will have the Option to change the Service Option as part of a modify order, and will also be able to select itas a new DSL Max Order. But, it will take a number of days to reach the Option requested or it may not be able to reach therequested Option due to Line conditions. The Service Option values and its status will be displayed in the <strong>XML</strong>. The ServiceOption Status value depicts if the requested Option can be reached or not. Hence, the Service Providers will be able to view andcontrol how DLM manages a particular Line. This in turn, will ensure a better <strong>Customer</strong> Experience.The fields shown in the <strong>XML</strong> are:a. Service IDb. Network IDc. Service Optiond. Service Option Statuse. Service Option Update Timestampf. Maximum Stable Rateg. Fault Threshold Rateh. Run Modei. InterleavedThe use of italics and red text denotes where it has been changed.
