A new field “Service Option” is added to cater the level of Service opted by the End User for individual circuits. The Users will havethe option to change the Service Option as part of a modify order, and will also be able to select it as a new DSL Max Order. The Users will have the Option to change the Service Option as part of a modify order, and will also be able to select itas a new DSL Max Order. But, it will take a number of days to reach the Option requested or it may not be able to reach therequested Option due to Line conditions. The Service Option values and its status will be displayed in the XML. The ServiceOption Status value depicts if the requested Option can be reached or not. Hence, the Service Providers will be able to view andcontrol how DLM manages a particular Line. This in turn, will ensure a better Customer Experience.The fields shown in the XML are:a. Service IDb.
