The Capped Flag received contain the following values: ”A”,”C”,”N”.The report needs to display the following information in the “Capped Reason” field “AUTO” for “A”, “CHRONIC” for “C” .The field “Downstream Line Rate” is renamed to “Headline Rate-Downstream Line Rate”.January 2007Order Delta GM Dates XML V4New data item ‘ASE’ in the ‘Change Type’ field as part of Advanced Services functionality.the rationale behind this change is to isolate the Advanced Services Orders from the other generic non Advanced Services typeorders. When CP's start offering Advanced Services (i.e. an assured rate BB connection that guarantees a minimum line speed) totheir customers then they will need to raise the appropriate orders and be able to track them. This change type puts all these ASorders into a single bucket so they can be easily tracked. By selecting all Orders with an ASE change type the CP will see all itsAdvanced Services Orders and not the other unrelated orders.Change_type is not a new field, it already exits with a set of change_type values that can be selected to filter the orders, we are justintroducing a new change_type value of ASE, so as well as all the existing change_types that can currently be selected, the userwill be able (if desired) to select the ASE change_type.
