By“changed” we mean if any of the key status fields has changed since the date/time parameter passed with the request, this isexplained below.• There is a translation of characters where they are not permissible according to the WC3 Consortium standards (see below).• There is no formatting.2It must be noted that data for orders and faults will be available for 13 weeks. That is to say all open, live orders will be shown, and onlyclosed/cancelled orders that have been closed of cancelled for 13 weeks will be removed. Similarly all open faults will be shown and once closed they remainon the reports for 13 weeks and then will be removed.
