The DTDs for the reports are given in a later section of the user guide.Lost Migration Report Report DesignThe data provided in the <strong>XML</strong> data set is the same data available via the Web Reports and shows all available data pertaining tothis type of order. These orders are not included in the order delta report and the report is not ‘delta’ but a snapshot of the lateststatus when the report was run. The orders remain on the report for 13 weeks after closure. This report displays details of EndUsers who are subject to a migration to another SP.The DTDs for this report are given in a later section of the user guideKey Status Fields UsedBoth Order and Fault Delta reports return data which has changed since a given date. This allows the user to, for example, see allthe Order records held on the system which have had a status change since DD/MM/YYYY HH:MM:SS 3 .We define the term status change as follows: An Order or Fault is defined as having had a status change when one of the followingcolumns is updated:Orders:• Billing Account• Cancelled Date• Cancelled Reason• Cease Type• Committed Delivery Date• Completion Date• Created Date• CSAC• <strong>Customer</strong>• <strong>Customer</strong> Agreed Date• <strong>Customer</strong> Appointment Date3A new column ‘ETLUpdateDate’ has been added which is a timestamp for the last time a record has had a trigger column updated
