If a negative result is encountered, i.e. there is no known MSO impacting the service, the following is returned:996No Data FoundFigure 6: Negative Result ExampleNB: MSO data is available via Actuate up to 48 hours once the outage has been cleared.Service Activity Notice <strong>XML</strong>The purpose of the Service Activity <strong>XML</strong> report is to allow the user to perform a “one-shot” check to see if a given Network ID(CBUK), Telephone Number or Service Id is currently impacted by a known Major Service Outage (MSO), Planned EngineeringWork (PEW) or Emergency Maintenance Undertaking (EMU). The data returned is the same as the data in the current “ServiceActivity Notice Search” report available on the web.The report itself can be instigated using either the telephone number (DN), the network ID (CBUK no.) or the service id. The checkis done in real time and the system searches the IVOR database to see if the reporting service is impacted by a known MSO, PEWor EMU.For a positive result, the following is returned:BB1860517/06/2003 22:01:02cupar lodge
