An EPC URI Consumer may be further classifiedas a Pure Identity URI EPC Consumer if it accepts an EPC Pure Identity URI as aninput, or an EPC Tag/Raw URI Consumer if it accepts an EPC Tag URI or EPC RawURI as input. EPC URI Producer A hardware or software component that produces an EPC URIas output via some external interface.
