Participation is incorporated in a numberof other articles, along with basic principles such as non-discrimination, honouring the bestinterests of the child and dedication to realising all of the UNCRC provisions. As a signatoryto the UNCRC, Uganda pledged to implement the provisions of the Convention to its fullestby putting in place administrative and institutional measures for the realisation of thesecommitments.aPPENDIx 1115
