To enable connection to <strong>GV</strong>-Backup Center:1. Activate Link: Enable the connection to the <strong>GV</strong>-Backup Center.2. Host Name or IP Address: Type the host name or IP address of the<strong>GV</strong>-Backup Center.3. Port Number: Match the communication port on the <strong>GV</strong>-BackupCenter. Or keep the default value 30000.4. User Name: Type a valid user name to log into the <strong>GV</strong>-BackupCenter.5. Password: Type a valid password to log into the <strong>GV</strong>-Backup Center.6. Backup Video: Select the streams to back up their recordings to the<strong>GV</strong>-Backup Center.7. Compact Video: Select the streams to only back up their Key Framesto the <strong>GV</strong>-Backup Center, instead of full recordings. This option isuseful to save the backup time.8. Resend all files: Select this option to send all the recorded files thathave received by the Backup Center again.9. Enable Schedule Mode: Enable the <strong>GV</strong>-Backup Center connectionon the schedule you set in the Select Schedule Time section. Refer to13.5 Recording Schedule for the same settings.10. Click Apply. The Connection Status should display “Connected” andconnected time.230
